The service and food were excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection and perfectly.

A restaurant with a spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated dining room. The dishes are delicious, and they cater to celiacs and are ACEMA certified. Parking is very close to the restaurant. I highly recommend it for its service and value for money.

Our first visit, on Christmas Day (with prior reservation), was a group of 10 people. We truly have nothing but good things to say about it, first of all, the excellent telephone service and the ease of (if possible) modifying the reservation. Secondly, once on site, the magnificent service and attentiveness, always offering the option of modifying the dishes whenever possible. The food was exquisite and well-prepared, and the desserts were highly recommended. We found the prices reasonable. Without a doubt, this is a 100% recommendable place to go as a couple or as a family. We will return.

Every dish served was spectacular. This time it was a goat festival, and a ten for the quality, preparation, presentation, and table service. The desserts were "exaggeratedly" good, especially the cheesecake, which was impressive. So many reasons for the excellent service that we must return to La Chalaúra.

A restaurant in the midst of chaos, serving traditional dishes and avant-garde cuisine, all spectacular, and with excellent waiter service. I recommend it, and above all, call for a reservation. We'll be back because we've been there before and now we've truly enjoyed it...don't change, and we'll continue with that motto. For my part, recommendations, but good ones. We ate in the dining room. It's cool, well-lit, quiet, and the views are pleasant. The food is delicious. A place worth a visit, without a doubt.

We had lunch on Saturday and it was truly a joy. They gave us a table with a great view, the waiters were fantastic, and the food was the best: we tried the cheeks, the Iberian pork shoulder, and we took advantage of the goat season to try the sweetbreads and some crispy pastries, which for me were the best part of the meal (and the desserts, especially the coconut cake, were amazing). We'll be back soon!

I started out average, but it wasn't their fault, the online reservation issue, but considering the service and quality, I give them a 4.90 out of 5. We'll be back. I recommend the Ronda blood sausage scramble for starters to share, the grilled meat, and the Algarrobo cake mousse for dessert.

A perfect place for both tapas and lunch. A wide variety of tapas, and plenty of them, at reduced prices. They have a very varied weekday menu and a special entrecote (the item is the same as the menu, unlike other places where it's smaller). The menu is extensive and features meat. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They advise and explain everything.

A good menu, from a traditional Montes dish to tuna tataki. If you like meat, they have good ingredients and know how to cook it very well. There's also a special space for vegetarians on the menu. Very good and attentive service. In summer, enjoy the cool terrace, and in winter, if it's cold, let yourself be warmed by the fireplace in the lounge.

A very good experience from the very first minute. From the waitresses' kindness in letting us choose a table, to the exquisite craftsmanship and presentation of the dishes. Highly recommended are the crispy goat fritters off the menu and the chocolate mousse with carob cake.

Exceptional service. Juan served us very kindly and gave us excellent advice. We tried the goat pâté, ratatouille, gazpachuelo, Iberian pork shoulder, and a roasted goat shoulder. The pork shoulder was perfect, cooked to perfection and had a chargrilled flavor, with homemade potatoes. The goat pâté with candied peppers had a charming touch. The shoulder was delicious, I'd say candied before baking. Overall, everything was very good. The cakes they have there are signature dishes; I recommend trying the red velvet or Guinness. If there's anything I could improve, it's the coleslaw on the side, which is a bit bland, but the rest are worth repeating. Very good prices for the quality.
